CNT Clinic Returns, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: At CNT Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality aesthetic treatments and products to our clients. Due to the nature of these services, our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds are outlined below. Please read these policies carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our aesthetic treatments and products, returns are not possible. We do not provide refunds, especially once the treatment has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the increased demand for our treatments and therapies, we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy.

General Cancellation and Rescheduling

We request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will not incur any fees, and any prepayments will be refunded.

Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a £5 rebooking and cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will go ahead.

Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will still result in the full cost being charged, as we will end your treatment at the initially scheduled end time.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking, including for gift card and gift certificate holders.

• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
• We do not accept personal checks.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special needs that may affect your services. Certain treatments may require a doctor’s clearance, particularly in the case of:

• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorders and Diseases

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep clients informed of any changes, but we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking their appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificates may be purchased online or in the clinic.
• We cannot process returns or reimburse payments for lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for skin care products, facial and cosmetic services, and gift cards/certificates.
